The Cleveland Browns have a big game Thursday with the Bengals and RB Terrance West is a strong fantasy football start option to pick up and use from the free agent market, as he has been getting carries behind Ben Tate over Isaiah Crowell lately and those two could have a big impact for Brian Hoyer in the Week 10 matchup.

The Browns have been playing well and Ben Tate comes in as the top RB for the team, but Terrance West also should get some looks in the game. Jordan Cameron is out and that means Andrew Hawkins (if he plays) and Taylor Gabriel could see extended looks from Brian Hoyer and they are start options for the game on Thursday. Isaiah Crowell has been passed by West as of late and owners should not look to him for the Week 10 game.

The Bengals welcomed AJ Green back and he has helped open things up for Mohamed Sanu and both are strong START options on Thursday. The Browns D has played well at times and that could give some owners pause on Andy Dalton, but he too is worth a START in the game. Green and Sanu made it into the end zone in the last game and Sanu has shown that he can put up starter numbers. Bernard will be out for the game and along with Cameron he is the biggest injury issue for the teams. Bernard being out means Jeremy Hill gets the start and he is a strong option after the way he played last week. Hill and Bernard may split carries when Bernard comes back and that is a testament to how well Hill has played in his chances.

Hill had an impressive game last week with 24 carries against the Jaguars and after being shut down in the first half, he broke out big in the second. Hill ended up rushing for 154 yards in the game and he also added two touchdowns and over the season he is averaging nearly five yards per carry and that has been huge for the team. Hill has 349 yards on the season and he also has put up 14 catches and he can be a factor out of the backfield like Bernard has been. Hill had his best game of the season last week and he now has five catches over the last two games along with 34 carries as an RB.

Tate only had three yards on the ground last week, but he added four catches for 29 yards and the Browns won, so his performance wasn't a huge hindrance on the team. West made the most of his chances and ended up in the end zone and now Tate will look to have a better game after being held in check by the Bucs. Tate comes in with 308 yards this season in six games and now West could be the main backup, as he has been playing well as of late. The coaching staff has said that West has earned more playing time and he rewarded them last week with his play and he ended up with 16 touches overall in the game.
