Fantasy Football Sleepers: Ben Tate, Terrance West, Andrew Hawkins, Taylor Gabriel, Mohamed Sanu, Jermaine Gresham Week 10 Start Options

The fantasy football Week 10 schedule starts up on Thursday and for this week players like Terrance West, Taylor Gabriel, Brian Hoyer, Andrew Hawkins, Mohamed Sanu, Jeremy Hill, Jermaine Gresham, Isaiah Crowell, Andy Dalton and Ben Tate are sleepers or strong start options as the division matchup kicks off the week with the Cleveland Browns visiting the Cincinnati Bengals and fantasy owners should keep an eye on the injury report, as names like Giovani Bernard and Jordan Cameron could be out for the game.

The Browns have been playing well this season and they are 5-3, while the Bengals started off 3-0 and have scuffled a bit and now this is a huge divisional game. Jordan Cameron will be out for the Browns and with Josh Gordon still a couple weeks away from returning, names like Andrew Hawkins, Taylor Gabriel and Ben Tate will need to step up for Brian Hoyer. The Browns have gotten strong play from Hoyer and while he has struggled at times, he has protected the ball and has been very accurate.

The rushing attack for the Browns will be a factor in this game and fantasy owners should look at starting Ben Tate over Terrance West, but West has the chance to put up numbers as well. Last week West made it into the end zone and he has continued to be a consistent option for Cleveland and could see some targets and carries on Thursday night. The Bengals have Jeremy Hill if Giovani Bernard can't go and he is a sleeper starter after his game last week along with WR Mohamed Sanu.

Gabriel comes in as a solid sleeper pickup in deeper leagues, as he had six targets last week and made five catches for 87 yards and he also made it into the endzone for the Browns. Gabriel has 22 catches in eight games this season and with Josh Gordon still out for a couple weeks, he is not a bad option to pick up until he returns. Hawkins has been very solid and Gabriel has put up solid numbers in the past weeks, going for 10 catches in his last three games.

Andrew Hawkins comes into the game with 39 catches this season for 504 yards and he has one touchdown this season from Hoyer. Hawkins has been a reliable target and he comes in as a game time decision and fantasy owners should keep an eye on the injury report. Last week Hawkins had just three catches, but the two games before that he had 11 combined catches for nearly 200 yards and he also scored one touchdown over that span. If Hawkins plays, he is a worthy start option.

Jordan Cameron will be out for this game for the Browns and that is a tough loss, as he has been banged up this season and is one of their best receivers. Cameron is dealing with a concussion and he has already missed time this year and that could mean more targets for the receivers for Hawkins and Gabriel. This year Cameron has just 13 catches and he is hoping to be back next week if he passes all the NFL protocols.
