Wide receiver Jordan Matthews #81 of the Philadelphia Eagles is tackled by free safety Rashad Johnson #26 and cornerback Patrick Peterson #21 of the Arizona Cardinals in the first quarter during the NFL game at the University of Phoenix Stadium on October 26, 2014 in Glendale, Arizona. "

The fantasy football Week 10 schedule is here and some sleepers and free agent pickups for owners include Justin Hunter, Josh Gordon, Martavis Bryant, Mychal Rivera, Jordan Matthews, Chris Johnson, Kenny Stills, Terrance West, Matt Asiata, Jerick McKinnon, Allen Hurns, Mark Sanchez, Owen Daniels, Markus Wheaton, Antone Smith, Michael Vick, Doug Baldwin and Ryan Mathews, as those names have the chance to step up in the coming weeks.

As the fantasy football playoffs get closer, teams will need to make smart moves to stay in the mix and adding players down the stretch is one way to do that. Jordan Matthews has outscored his projections over the past three weeks and he could be a solid option with Mark Sanchez coming in to start. Speaking of Sanchez, he has a great offense to work with and he could be a solid starter down the line with Nick Foles out for owners.

The team has Jeremy Maclin playing at a very high level and that should help Sanchez and Matthews put up points. And yes, Josh Gordon will not be back for a couple weeks, but he is a massive sleeper going forward and for any owners that dropped him in leagues, go pick him up ahead of his return to the field.

Martavis Bryant has emerged as a strong option for Ben Roethlisberger and he now is the second best starter for fantasy owners behind Antonio Bryant. The Steelers play the Jets this weekend, so do with that what you will. Owen Daniels, Mychal Rivera and Heath Miller are strong tight end pickups, especially Daniels, as he plays against the Titans this week. With Tom Brady and Gronk on bye weeks, Daniels and Joe Flacco are solid replacements with a matchup like that.

The Browns have been using Ben Tate as the main starter for the team this season while he is healthy, but Terrance West has been a solid option as well. West made it into the endzone last week and he is a good pickup for fantasy owners with players on byes and also with RB injuries piling up. The Bengals have Gio Bernard out and that makes Jeremy Hill a strong option, while Chris Johnson is another option. Johnson has not had a great season, but he could be a solid option after rushing for nearly 70 yards against the Chiefs last week. The Jets are terrible, but they have continued rushing the ball quite a bit.

Kenny Stills could be a solid option after the Thursday night game, as he had over 70 yards for Saints and could be emerging for Drew Brees. Justin Hunter made it into the endzone in Week 8 of the season and he could be an option as he was Zach Mettenberger's favorite target after his first start and that could continue. Hunter now has two TDs in his last four games. The fantasy week kicks off on Thursday with the Bengals and the Browns.

The Denver Broncos have been playing well despite losing Montee Ball to an injury and fantasy football owners should look at Ronnie Hillman, Juwan Thompson and CJ Anderson as replacement options for Ball in the offense until he returns. Peyton Manning has welcomed back Wes Welker since his suspension and he has helped open things up for Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders and they all could be solid options heading into the Week 10 schedule.
