The NBA playoffs are back in the east for Game 6 and the Miami Heat host the Indiana Pacers at AmericanAirlines Arena as LeBron James tries to clinch the finals and the game starts up at 8:30 pm ET and is on ESPN and streaming from the WatchESPN website as the Big 3 are up 3-2 in the series and will try to stop a Game 7 from going down in Indy.

LeBron James had his worst game of the postseason in the last matchup and math and history dictates that he will not have a performance like that again, making it even harder for the Pacers to win. Even if Indiana does win this game, the numbers say it will be nearly impossible to win three in a row against Miami, even if the Game 7 matchup is in Indiana. Miami had home court advantage last season and ended up winning at home and that is why the Pacers wanted it so badly this year, as they had a lead last season and couldn't keep it.

Indiana whined all year about getting home court and saying they were better than Miami and now on Friday night they will get the chance to prove it. James comes in looking to play better and the amazing thing about his performance is that he had just seven points and played in 24 minutes of the game while dealing with foul trouble and amid all that, James had the ball in his hands with seconds left and Miami had the chance to win anyway. Even though they didn't it says a lot about Miami and a ton about Indiana that they still were in the game at that point with James struggling so much.

The Heat always play well at home and while the Pacers have won down in South Beach before, this is a different game and Miami always responds after a playoffs loss. The team has not lost in games following one in the playoffs and they have won the last 10 games straight at home in the playoffs and they have won every game at home this postseason already and none of those games have really been close. Miami also has the chance to come back after scoring just seven points and with Miami winning all nine of the series clinching games they have had under the Big 3, this one will be very tough to take for Indy.

The Pacers are coming into the finals after winning over the Wizards and that came after a very rough series that went seven with the Atlanta Hawks. The team broke down at the end of the seasons and now they are looking better, but Miami has simply been the best team in the east and they come in after winning in a sweep over the Bobcats and in five games against the Nets. LeBron James and Dwyane Wade are going for their fourth straight title appearance and this would be the first time in two decades that a team has done that, matching the Lakers and the Celtics from the 1980s.
