Chile vs. Egypt Live Stream: Watch Online Streaming World Cup Friendly Match

May 30, 2014 08:19 PM EDT

Chile and Egypt are playing on the World Cup international friendly schedule on Friday night and the match from the Nacional Stadium in Santiago starts up at 8:30 pm ET and comes streaming live from beIN Sport and has the Chilean team looking to get into a groove heading into Brazil 2014 and they are matching up with a team that missed qualifying.

Chile comes into the match after playing a good game against Germany and losing that friendly in March and before that the team dominated Costa Rica in a friendly and that was big, as they are in the tournament as well. Chile has a rough road with the Spanish team in their group and they are the defending champions in the tournament. The Group has Australia and the Netherlands for Group B and while it will be tough to get out, Chile has a very good chance and they play the champs in their second matchup.

The game is at the Estadio Nacional de Chile and the team will be looking to get a nice performance under their belts before heading into the World Cup and they will have a fairly tough draw, although they should get out of the group stages. Some of the other matches on the day for the friendly schedule includes Uruguay and Northern Ireland as well as Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Ivory Coast, while the US and Turkey play over the weekend.

Bob Bradley has the Egyptian team playing hard despite missing the World Cup just barely and he has been under the gun at times to get the team going and they are not an easy opponent. The benefit for Chile is that Bradley has tons of experience and he puts that into his players and that makes the game a better testy for Chile as they prepare for the actual World Cup tournament starting in June. Chile got a special message for the trapped miners about the World Cup and they will need inspiration, as midfielder Matias Fernandez will be out for the tournament after getting surgery on his right ankle and that is a big loss. Arturo Vidal luckily has gotten a good report and he has the chance to be back for the World Cup and it looks like he will be ready for the tournament in Brazil for Chile.

Bradley was replaced on the US team but Jurgen Klinsmann, who has instilled a very tough and rigid attitude to the team and they had their best year ever in 2013 and now they are in a tough situation for Brazil. On top of the fact that the American team has to travel more miles than anyone in the tournament, the team was drawn into the Group of Death and they may not make it out like they did last time. The team is in Group G with Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal, Klinsmann's old team in Germany as well as Ghana, the team that eliminated the US in the last two World Cup tournaments.
