The Ivory Coast and Bosnia-Herzegovina are playing a World Cup international friendly on Friday night and the matchup comes from Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis and starts up at 8:30 pm ET with a live stream online and the game comes as both teams are preparing for the World Cup in Brazil for 2014 and they will be looking for some momentum heading into the tournament.

The top players for both teams have the focus in Yaya Toure, his brother Kolo, as well as Didier Drogba, Vedad Ibisevic and Edin Dzeko and those players were all factors for their teams in the last friendly games through the schedule. The Ivory Coast comes in after playing a draw in their last friendly with Belgium and now they play Bos before a matchup with El Salvador and that will be at Toyota Stadium and comes just under two weeks before the Brazil tournament begins.

Bosnia-Herzegovina comes in after losing 2-0 to Egypt in their last matchup and they are playing against Mexico at Soldier Field and that matchup will be big for both sides ahead of the World Cup when they play June 3. Ivory Coast is in Group C in the World Cup and they come in playing against Japan first and they also have Colombia and Greece in their group and they will be one of the favorites to come out of that set. Bosnia-Herzegovina is coming into their first Cup and they have Iran, Argentina and Nigeria in Group F and that will be a tough group to get out of as well.

Toure had a great year with Manchester City as he helped the team finish atop the Premier League and they won the title on his leg in part and now he is looking to make an impact in the World Cup. Toure has been the best African player and he will be front and center for his team and now he gets the chance to matchup in a friendly with another team that will be in the tournament and it's the first time and playing against an opponent like that is very big ahead of Brazil 2014, as not everyone gets to play against teams that will be in the tournament.

Toure and his brother Kolo are making an impact for the team and Toure played in both the 2006 and 2010 World Cup for his country and he has put in over 50 caps for the club and now he gets the chance to do it again. This year he scored 20 goals and had nine assists in the EPL and he was huge for Man City as they won the title for the second time in a few years and now he is hoping that strong season can translate into the World Cup as well. Dzeko comes in after dealing with a tough matchup against Egypt when he had to play injured, while Kolo Toure is recovering after a bit of malaria and while he will miss the matchup on Friday, he will be ready for the Elephants when they play at the World Cup.
