Liverpool and Newcastle United are playing on the final day of the English Premier League schedule on Sunday and the match from Anfield starts up at 10 am ET with everyone else for EPL's survival Sunday and Luis Suarez and company will be looking to get past Manchester City and the game is on the NBC Sports Live Extra website with a live stream.

Liverpool has been one of the highest scoring teams in the league this season and the Reds were looking like champions before slipping up against Chelsea and they still remain alive heading into the final day of the season. Liverpool won over Norwich City a couple weeks ago before slipping to Chelsea and after that was the devastating draw against Crystal Palace and that saw the team allow three goals after taking a 3-0 lead and that draw may be what ends up coming back to hurt Liverpool and it has now been so long since they won a title and they had a great chance to do it last weekend and now they have to win and hope for the best fro Man City.

Liverpool had been in the EPL lead over Arsenal earlier in the season around Christmas time and then Chelsea jumped ahead eventually, but they slipper up as well and now Liverpool is chasing Man City. Liverpool won over Tottenham and then continued on an 11 game winning streak before losing to the Blues and that included a win over Manchester City. Suarez has been the best player on the team and in the league this season and this is despite his missing two games earlier in the season for what happened last year. Suarez has 31 goals this year and Daniel Sturridge has 21 while Steven Gerrard and Raheem Sterling have also played well and Suarez is also leading the team in assists and that is another reason why he has been so impressive.

Suarez made some comments that he wouldn't be opposed to a return to Ajax and while he has said that he is happy at Anfield and signed a new contract in December it could be a move in the future. Suarez dealt with a biting ban there as well and now he has helped Liverpool qualify for the Champions League next year and that is a big deal for the team. Suarez won Liverpool's Player of the Year and the league award and now they are two points back with just the final day of the schedule left to go. Brendan Rodgers thinks that his team has recovered from the draw last week and barring some miracle it will be Man City in the lead and now the team may continue its streak of 24 years without a title.
