Oct 26, 2013 11:48 AM EDT

The Oklahoma State Cowboys are rolling at 5-1 this season and they will have a Big 12 matchup against a fairly easy team in Iowa State, but that trip never is easy and the Cowboys will be at Jack Trice Stadium in a game that will go live starting up at 12 pm noon.

The Cowboys come into the game after winning their last two games against TCU and against Kansas State and while the team lost a crucial matchup to West Virginia, they appear to be all ready for Iowa State for their first of two straight road games and while the Cyclones are pretty bad, the Cowboys know that ISU has some talent and this comes after easy wins to start the season, including over Lamar and Miss State, but now the schedule gets much tougher for the team and last week they looked pretty good against a solid TCU team and now they have a game they need to win, as the rest of the schedule could be tough the rest of the way, especially at the end with the ranked teams they will have to play, including against Texas Tech before those games.

The Cowboys have a tough schedule coming up and after playing on the road against Iowa State they will be on the road against a top 10 team in Texas Tech and then Kansas and the team has road game against Texas after that and that of course will be a tough game for the team and then they have to play at home against two ranked opponents to finish the season with Baylor, one of the highest scoring teams in the nation and then the team plays against Oklahoma in the final game of the season and that in-state rivalry game to end things is always a tough matchup against Bob Stoops.

The team is ranked 21st in the nation with over 300 yards passing per game and they are ranked 95th in rushing yards per game and the defense has been very good as well. The scoring defense is ranked 14th in the nation with under 20 points per game and the team is ranked 33rd in the nation in scoring with over 30 points per game and they will play ISU at 12 pm.
