College Football is still a ways down the road for next season, but as spring practice start up around the nation a number of teams are getting ready to challenge Alabama for the national title, as Nebraska, Florida, Louisville, Notre Dame and Florida State start preparations in spring practices."

The Nebraska Cornhuskers are coming into the game on Saturday ranked 24th in the nation and they have a Big Ten road game coming up against Minnesota and the game will be at TCF Bank Stadium and will be on TV on ESPN at 12 pm noon and will be streaming online at Watch ESPN on the main ESPN website and has the 5-1 Huskers taking on the 5-2 Gophers.

The Huskers are undefeated in the Big Ten with a 2-0 conference record and they are taking on a Minnesota team, that is 1-2 this season in the conference and Nebraska comes into the game after winning three straight games since losing to UCLA in a tough matchup and they have been very good, allowing less than 20 points in each of those wins. The Huskers have been very good this season and they are heading into a tough stretch after playing against Minnesota as they will play against Northwestern and then they have a tough road matchup in the Big House against Michigan and the Wolverines are ranked number 22 in the nation right now and that could be a top 25 matchup by then if both teams win heading into that weekend.

Nebraska has a tough stretch to finish the season as well with Michigan State and then a road game against Penn State and then they finish the year with a game against Iowa that will be on ABC starting up at noon and Nebraska comes into the game on Saturday having won five of the last six games and this should be a solid game, as the Gophers are playing better than most expected. The team opened the season with a close win against Wyoming and then the team blew out Southern Miss before falling to 2-1 against the Bruins and then after defeating South Dakota they won against Illinois and Purdue in the Big Ten for their first conference wins and now they will try for another one and they come in averaging over 450 yards per game.

the team is ranked 89th in passing yards with over 200 yards per game and they are ranked in the top 10 in rushing yards with over 280 on the ground per game and they are one of the best scoring teams in the nation with over 40 points per game. The team has been playing well on defense with 22 points allowed per game and they are ranked 33rd in the nation in scoring defense and they are right behind the Spartans in the conference division, while Minnesota is in the bottom part at 1-2. The Legends division will be tight and after losing two games the team is coming in after a close win over Northwestern and they will finish the season with a tough stretch as well.

Minnesota will play against Indiana on the road after playing against Nebraska and and then they have home games against Penn State and Wisconsin and then finishes the season against Michigan State in a tough road matchup. The team is ranked 28th in rushing yards per game with over 200 on the ground and they are ranked 119th in passing yards with under 120 per game and while the defense has been solid with 23 points allowed per game, the offense needs a boost and they will try against Nebraska at less than 30 points per game.
