NFL Injury Updates Week 15: Rob Gronkowski, LeGarrette Blount, Jonathan Stewart, Greg Olsen, TJ Yeldon, CJ Anderson, Marshawn Lynch, Andrew Luck

The NFL injury report has updates for Week 15 with names like Rob Gronkowski, LeGarrette Blount, Julian Edelman, Jonathan Stewart, Greg Olsen, TJ Yeldon, CJ Anderson, Andrew Luck, Thomas Rawls, Devin Smith, Joe Haden, Brian Hoyer and Matt Hasselbeck banged up.

UPDATE: Blount could be out for the season with the injury.

Rob Gronkowski was able to return after a one week absence for the Patriots, but the team saw LeGarrette Blount deal with a hip injury Sunday night against the Texans. Julian Edelman was able to do some work in practice this past week, but his return during the regular season is uncertain right now. Greg Olsen left the game on Sunday for the Panthers with a leg injury, while running back Jonathan Stewart was taken out of the game with a foot injury.

Thomas Rawls suffered a serious injury for the Seahawks and now the running back with be out for the rest of the season. Rawls suffered a fractured ankle and now he joins Marshawn Lynch on the sidelines for the Seahawks. Lynch is still not yet ready to return from surgery, but head coach Pete Carroll said that Lynch is rehabbing and could be back before the end of the season, but there is no timetable currently.

The Bengals saw Andy Dalton deal with a serious injury on Sunday and he now will be out for at least a week or two with a fractured finger. According to Pro Football Talk, sources report that Dalton will not need surgery on his thumb and he is considered "week-to-week" but he likely will miss multiple games for the Bengals. Tyler Eifert left the game with a concussion for the Bengals and his status could be in question for next week after Eifert previously dealt with a neck injury this season.

CJ Anderson missed the game in Week 14 for the Broncos and he could be in question for Week 15 against the Steelers depending on how the injury heals up. Ronnie Hillman and Juwan Thompson were the main running backs for the Broncos on Sunday and if Anderson is out, Hillman likely will get the start again this week. TJ Yeldon is dealing with a knee injury after playing against the Colts on Sunday and there is a chance he could be out for Week 15. Jonathan Stewart suffered a foot injury for the Panthers on Sunday, but after the game Stewart said he was "fine."

Quick hits from the weekend:

Andrew Luck is still sidelined for the Colts and head coach Chuck Pagano said that he was not sure when Luck could return. Matt Hasselbeck suffered a rib injury and also had his arm in a sling and his status could be up in the air heading into Sunday.

The Bears have placed Antrel Rolle on injured reserve with a knee injury after the safety missed the last four games. Rolle joins Martellus Bennett and Marquess Wilson as players the Bears have had to place on IR this season.

The Jets have placed Devin Smith on injured reserve after the wide receiver suffered a knee injury against the Titans on Sunday. The rookie had been starting to turn things around after a slow start this season and now his year is over.
