The New England Patriots and New York Giants are playing on the NFL Week 10 schedule on Sunday and the game is on TV from CBS starting at 4:25 pm. Eli Manning and Tom Brady are facing off at MetLife Stadium in a rematch of two past Super Bowl matchups and the Giants come in having won the last three games played against the Pats.
Brady and the Patriots will be looking to stay undefeated on Sunday, as they come into things at 8-0 and are looking like the best team in the NFL. The Patriots are leading the AFC East and they will be looking to snap a three game losing streak against the Giants, which includes the two Super Bowl battles. The Giants won the last regular season meeting in Foxboro and now the venue shifts to East Rutherford.
Tom Brady has been having a fantastic season for the Patriots, putting up 2709 passing yards, 22 touchdowns and two interceptions. Eli Manning is on pace for one of his best seasons, as he has thrown 19 touchdowns and six interceptions while completing 65 percent of his passes. Odell Beckham and Rob Gronkowski are leading their teams in receiving and have combined for 14 touchdowns this season. Those players should be the main targets for their teams on offense Sunday.
The Giants are currently leading the NFC East division with a 5-4 record and they have won two of the last three games, only losing to the Saints in a 52-49 shootout. The team won over the Cowboys and the Buccaneers during that stretch and coming up the team plays against the Redskins and the Jets after the Patriots. The Giants offense has been productive this season and the defense is hoping JPP continues to give the front line a boost after coming back last week.
The Giants are 3-1 at home this season and this is the first time the two teams have played in the regular season since the super Bowl year for the Giants. The Giants won that game in New England and now the teams shift to Jersey and the Pats will be looking to stay undefeated. The Giants have been giving up 400 yards per game this season and that could mean some offensive fireworks on Sunday for Tom Brady and company.
