The Washington Redskins have DeSean Jackson back and in Week 10 the team is hoping he can get more involved after limited involvement against the Patriots last Sunday. Matt Jones comes in as a better fantasy football starter over Alfred Morris at this point and he could get the bulk of the touches for Kirk Cousins, while Pierre Garcon is also worth starting.

The Redskins are hanging around in the weak NFC East this season and now the team has the New Orleans Saints next on the schedule. The Saints secondary has been inconsistent and banged up with injuries this season and the Redskins will try and exploit that on Sunday. Jackson returned to the lineup for the Redskins last week after missing every game since Week 1 and he did not do much for the team on offense against the Patriots.

Jackson tried to return earlier in the season, but he aggravated his hamstring injury in practice and missed more time after that. Jackson finally returned for the Redskins on Sunday, but he did not have much of an impact, making just three catches for 15 yards. The Redskins have lacked a deep threat with Jackson out and the team is hoping that a week of practice can get Jackson back in the mix on Sunday. Jackson was targeted deep once in the game against the Patriots and against the Saints he could have more opportunities.

Jay Gruden spoke to the Washington Post about Jackson and said that he wants to get the wideout more involved on offense this week. Gruden also added that the team should not have expected Jackson to get right back to where he was after missing so much time. Jackson missed some of training camp and he was out for basically the first half of the season after getting injured early in the first game of the year. Jackson's future in Washington remains up in the air after this season, as he has a high cap hit and has not been able to stay healthy this year.

The Redskins running game has not been consistent this year either and now it looks like Matt Jones is the better fantasy start option over Alfred Morris. Last week Morris had just four rushes for 10 yards and over the past four games he has been in the single digits in carries three times. Jones has more speed and is a better fit for Jay Gruden's offense and he comes in after putting up 11 carries for 27 yards in Week 9. Jones has had double digit touches in two of his past three games.

The Redskins offensive line has been struggling this year and now the team will be without Kory Lichtensteiger for the rest of the regular season. According to Pro Football Talk, the team has placed Lichtensteiger on injured reserve with the designation to return with a neck injury. Lichtensteiger has missed the last three games with the injury and while the IR designation will go past the regular season, Lichtensteiger could return if the redskins make the playoffs. Lichtensteiger had started 53 games straight for the Redskins before missing time with the neck injury and now the team will be without him for the rest of the season.
