The NFL schedule is heading into Week 6 and players like Victor Cruz, Tony Romo and Dez Bryant remain out with injuries, while players like Blake Bortles, Jamaal Charles and Blake Bortles are dealing with injuries from Week 5. Bryant could return soon, while Charles is out for the season with an ACL injury for the Chiefs.

Charles left the game on Sunday for the Chiefs and the initial diagnosis was a torn ACL injury and that was later confirmed, according to Pro Football Talk. Charles is one of the top running backs in the league and he will be very tough to replace for the Chiefs. According to NFL.com, Denver Broncos defensive end DeMarcus Ware suffered a back injury on Sunday and needed to be carted to the locker room.

Ware played just over 20 snaps in the game when he was injured and and now he could miss up to two weeks, according to Ian Rapoport. The Broncos have a bye week coming up and that will be after the team plays against the Cleveland Browns this weekend. Ware has been a consistent pass rusher for one of the best defenses in the league and he has four and a half sacks this season for Denver. Shane Ray could see some more playing time with Ware out.

Blake Bortles comes in after having a solid game for the Jaguars, but he is dealing with a shoulder sprain, according to an announcement from the team. NFL.com reports that Bortles is dealing with a Grade 1 AC joint sprain in his shoulder and that he was able to play through the injury during the game against the Buccaneers. Gus Bradley said to the media that Bortles will be evaluated through the week and that he should be in "good shape" to start next week. Bortles had over 300 yards passing a four touchdowns on Sunday.

Bryant has been out after having foot surgery and ESPN Dallas reports that he has not yet been given a set timetable to return. Jason Garrett said that Bryant will need practice time when he returns and he has not been slated to play against the Giants in Week 7. Romo remains out with a broken collarbone and he will be eligible to come back in Week 11 against the Dolphins after being placed in IR with designation to return.

NJ.com reports that Cruz has not been given a timetable to return after re-aggratavting his calf injury this season. Tom Coughlin said that Cruz was being "reevaluated" this week and reports have the wideout not close to making a return.
