The fantasy football Week 6 schedule is coming up and some early pickups and players to watch include Doug Martin, Gary Barnidge, Devonta Freeman, Julius Thomas, TJ Yeldon, Tyler Eifert, Todd Gurley, Thomas Rawls, Chris Thompson, Andre Ellington, Leonard Hankerson, Allen Hurns, Jamison Crowder, Knile Davis, Tyrod Taylor and Blake Bortles into next week.

Doug Martin was one of the top scoring players of the week along with Devonta Freeman, Josh McCown, Justin Forsett, Tyler Eifert and DeMarco Murray. Martin has been the starter for the Buccaneers over Charles Sims and had a huge game in Week 5 with 123 yards and two touchdowns and he also added three catches for 35 yards and another score in the matchup. Martin had nearly 300 yards in four games this season rushing the ball and he is worth a look in all fantasy leagues with how he has been playing. Andre Ellington returned for the Cardinals and he scored in his first game back from injury.

Gary Barnidge had a big game for the Browns in their comeback win over the Ravens and he also made what many think could be the catch of the year. Barnidge made eight catches for 139 yards and a touchdown on Sunday against Baltimore and that is his third straight game with a TD for the Browns and his second with over 100 yards in that span. Barnidge made his TD catch on a highlight play, as he was able to control the ball with his legs and kept it between his calves before pulling it out and reaching for the touchdown. Barnidge has been a reliable target for Josh McCown and he should continue getting targets after getting 10 on Sunday.

Julius Thomas did not do much on Sunday for the Jaguars, but he is worth picking up in leagues after making a comeback for Jacksonville. Thomas has been out all season with a hand injury and he came back to make his season debut in Week 5. Thomas had two catches for 20 yards in the game and with Blake Bortles and the Jags offense putting up points here and there, Thomas could be a high upside option as a TE2 starter. Bortles had four touchdowns this week and he has been off to a solid start this season for the Jags.

Tyler Eifert had two touchdowns for the Bengals in the win over the Seahawks in Week 5 and he put up eight catches for 90 yards in the game. Eifert has been a reliable target for Andy Dalton this season and he had 16 catches for 222 yards and three scores coming in and he is a solid starting tight end this year. The Bengals offense has put up some strong numbers this season so far and Eifert should continue getting looks from Dalton this year. Hurns has also continued to play well for the Jags.

The Seahawks have had to play without Marshawn Lynch over the past two weeks and Thomas Rawls has stepped up and he had another solid game on Sunday. Rawls had 169 yards in the game and a TD for the Seahawks in the loss to the Bengals and until Lynch returns, Rawls is worth a look. Todd Gurley had another impressive game, while Freeman has been the best surprise in the league so far, adding 153 yards rushing and a touchdown to his totals this season. Freeman now has eight rushing touchdowns this season.
