The Chicago Cubs won over the St. Louis Cardinals in Game 2 of the National League Division Series and now things are tied 1-1 as the teams head to Wrigley Field for Game 3. Kyle Hendricks had a solid start for the Cubs and the team won 6-3 with some solid play from Addison Russell and Jorge Soler.

Soler helped power the Cubs with a two run home run and that pushed a five run inning for the team in the second inning. The Cubs came into Game 2 looking to take one game in St. Louis after losing the opener with a shutout 4-0 by the Cards. Game 3 now has Jake Arrieta starting for the Cubs after he started the wild card game and he will face off against Michael Wacha in that matchup.

Soler hit the home run off of Cardinals starter Jaime Garcia while playing in his first postseason game and that helped power the Cubs. The Cardinals made two errors in the game and that helped the Cubs take the win on the road and while the Cards added two runs in the fifth, they couldn't ally back at the end. Travis Wood earned the win, while Hector Rondon recorded the save for the Cubs.

The Cubs won over the Pirates in the wild card game and now the team comes into Game 3 at Wrigley Field with the series tied 1-1. Game 3 will be on Monday in Chicago.
