The Pittsburgh Steelers have the Ravens on Thursday night football and players like Le'Veon Bell, Antonio Brown, Heath Miller, DeAngelo Williams and Markus Wheaton are the best fantasy football options to start for Michael Vick. Vick will be the starter for Week 4 for the Steelers, as Ben Roethlisberger is going to be out for a stretch with a knee injury.

Roethlisberger was injured last week against the St. Louis Rams and now he will be out for at least a month while he comes back from the injury. According to the Observer-Reporter, Roethlisberger could be out for up to six weeks, but no official timetable has been set for a return. NFL.com reports that Roethlisberger has an MCL sprain and that he also suffered a bone bruise on his knee and that could keep him out for longer than initially expected.

Roethlisberger said that the team is going to take things "week by week" to see how he progresses and the team likely will update things once more tests come back and Roethlisberger has the chance to heal. Vick now gets the chance to start and he comes in after playing with the Jets last season, putting up 604 passing yards, three TDs and two interceptions while playing in 10 games. Vick came in for Roethlisberger against the Rams and helped the team get the victory.

The Steelers just got Le'Veon Bell back and it came at the perfect time for the team, as Roethlisberger now will be out and they will have to rely on Bell even more. Bell had one of the highest percentages of his team's offensive production last season and now that he has returned, he likely will be the main focal point for the Steelers. Bell comes in after putting up over 150 total yards last week, including 62 rushing yards and he also had seven catches for 70 yards against the Rams. Bell was huge last season for the Steelers, putting up over 2000 total yards and making 83 receptions, more than more wide receivers.

Heath Miller is a solid starter for fantasy owners and Antonio Brown is a must start player for the Steelers, even with Vick starting. Brown has already put up some great numbers to start the season, going for 29 receptions, 436 yards and two touchdowns already. Brown has at least 100 yards in each game this season and he had a huge game in Week 2 with nearly 200 receiving yards.

According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Mike Tomlin said in his press conference this week that the team will gear the offense around Michael Vick and "bring the game to him." The Steelers signed Vick following the injury to Bruce Gradkowski and while the team hoped they would not have to use him this season, the injury to Roethlisberger has made that the reality in Week 4. Tomlin said that he thinks the team can handle Roethlisberger being out, as they have the depth and personnel on offense to continue putting up points.
