The fantasy football Week 4 lineup is here and in PPR leagues (points per reception) players like Darren Sproles, Keenan Allen, James Jones, Terrance Williams, Eddie Lacy, Cole Beasley, AJ Green and Jordan Matthews could be solid start options for owners.

Sproles comes in after having a strong game for the Eagles with DeMarco Murray out and he could get a boost again even if Murray comes back. Murray has been slow to start this season with just 11 yards on 21 carries and if he returns, he likely will be limited this week. Sproles is always a good option for PPR leagues, as he may not rack up a ton of yards, but he always will be targeted in the passing game. The Cowboys are without Dez Bryant and that could give Terrance Williams and Cole Beasley some extra looks in Week 4.

Keenan Allen is by the far the best WR option from the Chargers and he has been making an impact for PPR owners this season already. Allen has 29 catches for 315 yards already this season and on Sunday he put up 12 catches for 133 yards. Allen was targeted 18 times and he has already had some big games this season, including in Week 1 with 15 catches for 166 yards. Allen had a down week 2, but overall he is a great PPR option for the pass-happy Chargers.

James Jones came to the Packers just ahead of the season and his impact has been huge, as he has four touchdowns in three games. Jones doesn't always put up a ton of (four in Week 1, one in Week 2) but he makes them count with TDs. Jones may not be an obvious PPR choice, but with the recent injury to Davante Adams and the injury to Jordy Nelson, Jones could get more looks. Ty Montgomery is a solid sleeper, but he is not experienced and expect Jones to be the second target behind Randall Cobb for Aaron Rodgers.

Last week Sproles had four catches on six targets for 19 yards and he also had a punt return touchdown and his special teams return skills give him some added value for owners. The Eagles offense has been slow to start the season and Chip Kelly could push Sproles to get out of the backfield more to help Sam Bradford. This season Sproles has 15 receptions for 118 yards in three games.

Terrance Williams did not have a catch in Week 3 and he is looking to have a better game in Week 4 against the Saints. New Orleans is a mess and that matchup is why he is a solid PPR option along with Cole Beasley. Williams has been off to a slow start but he could get some good work on Sunday with Beasley, as Dez Bryant still remains out for a while. Jordan Matthews has been the most consistent option for the Eagles this season and he comes in after putting up six catches last week. Matthews has 22 catches for 231 yards this season.
