The fantasy football Week 3 lineup has some tough decisions with players to start or sit and names like Le'Veon Bell, LeGarrette Blount, DeAndre Hopkins, Chris Ivory, Matt Forte, Mike Evans, Carlos Hyde, Jonathan Stewart, Fred Jackson, DeMarco Murray, Alshon Jeffery, Arian Foster, Davante Adams, Ladarius Green, Jason Witten, Eddie Lacy and Rishard Matthews are potential options for team owners.

This week has some strong matchups for fantasy players and also has one very important player making a return to his team. Le'Veon Bell is a hard START for the Steelers, as he will be back now after a two game ban for an off the field issue last season. Bell is coming back and has been activated by the Steelers and while DeAngelo Williams has had a hot hand, he will now be the backup for the uber-productive Bell. Dion Lewis just saw LeGarrette Blount come back, but he deserves another START after playing well last week. Murray looks like he will START after dealing with a hamstring injury.

Blount will start getting more carries moving forward, but he is worth riding for fantasy owners until the Patriots really make a point to give Blount the ball more. Lewis has had a couple strong games for the Patriots and the team often goes with the hot hand and he has it right now. The Texans have a couple key players to watch and while Arian Foster is close to coming back, he is a SIT option for this week. DeAndre Hopkins missed practice with concussion symptoms and the team is "optimistic" he can play, so he is a START for now.

The Packers fantasy situation is fluid right now and heading into the weekend fantasy owners need to keep an eye on Eddie Lacy and Davante Adams on the injury report. The Packers schedule makes it tough, as the team plays on Monday night football and fantasy owners will need to know what to do with those players. Adams looks more likely to play than Lacy, as he was able to return last week after leaving the game against the Seahawks. Lacy's injury came back negative on x-rays, but if the Packers are being cautious, James Starks could get the start and he is worth a pickup just in case for fantasy owners.

Chris Ivory has an injury and could be a SIT option with the Jets taking on the Eagles, while Carlos Hyde is a START after being able to practice in full. Matt Forte should start after being limited in practice, while Mike Evans, Fred Jackson and Jason Witten all are solid picks as well Witten is questionable but looks like he will play. Ladarius Green has another concussion and should be a SIT.

The Miami Dolphins are also dealing with some injury issues and heading into Sunday fantasy owners should be aware about the status for Jordan Cameron and Lamar Miller. Cameron looks like he will play after being a limited participant in practice with a groin injury and he is worth a START as long as he is not limited. Crockett Gillmore is a solid pickup if fantasy owners need a replacement. Miller is dealing with an ankle injury and while he was limited in practice as well, the Miami Herald reports that he is likely to play in Week 3.
