Markieff Morris #11 of the Phoenix Suns is congratulated by Eric Bledsoe #2 after scoring against the Cleveland Cavaliers during the second half of the NBA game at US Airways Center on January 13, 2015 in Phoenix, Arizona. The Suns defeated the Cavaliers 107-100."

The Phoenix Suns may look at a Markieff Morris trade this offseason and the Miami Heat could be a potential fit, as Morris is reportedly upset that the team traded his brother Marcus Morris to the Detroit Pistons and this comes as the Suns could consider an Eric Bledsoe trade in the future if the team falters, as they just signed Brandon Knight to a contract.

Bledsoe was reportedly shopped over the summer and while the team pulled him back from that now, they did offer a deal to the Knicks at the draft. Bledsoe could be in for now, but if the Suns disappoint like last season, Bledsoe could be traded like Isaiah Thomas and Goran Dragic were. The Suns just signed Knight to a four year, $70 million extension and that could mean Bledsoe is expendable in the future.

Morris could be an option to get moved, as Pro Basketball Talk reports that the Suns star could be looking to get out of Phoenix. Phoenix radio host John Gambadoro wrote on Twitter that Morris reportedly "wants out" and that he "won't talk" to any Suns players of staff after the trade of his brother. At the Sun Sentinel, a fan asked about the potential of a Morris trade for the Heat and while Ira Winderman said it's possible, it's unlikely right now. The roster situation is too right, but if Chris Andersen is traded, Morris could be an option.

Morris comes in after playing in all 82 games last season and he averaged 15 points and six rebounds per game and now he could want out. Morris is athletic and is a solid defender and right now he is not happy in his situation, based on recent reports. The Suns also signed Tyson Chandler to a free agent deal this summer. According to Sean Deveney at the Sporting News, the Suns offered Bledsoe in a deal to the Knicks that involved draft picks ahead of the NBA draft. While that did deal did not end up going down, Deveney reported that sources said the Suns would "continue shopping" Bledsoe during the summer.

The Suns could consider making a trade with Bledsoe if things go south this season and that's basically what happened last year with Goran Dragic and Isaiah Thomas. That is the plan with Tyson Chandler coming in and things could change if the Suns are not as competitive as they expect to be. Knight comes in with similar numbers to Bledsoe, going for 17 points, four rebounds and five assists per game last season.

The Suns could end up looking to make a deal if things do not go well this season and with Knight a bit younger than Bledsoe and just signed, Bledsoe is more likely to get moved at that point. Bledsoe is reportedly part of the rebuilding in Phoenix, as the Arizona Republic reports that he is a "face of the franchise player," but many said the same about Dragic and that Phoenix would not trade him coming into last season.
