The Seattle Seahawks are working to add depth to the roster in free agency and names like Greg Hardy, Chris Canty, Anthony Spencer, Dwight Freeney, Stefen Wisniewski and Mason Foster could be potential targets for the team, as Michael Bennett is asking for a trade and this comes as the Seahawks have lost some key players this offseason.

The Seahawks already look like Super Bowl favorites after picking up Jimmy Graham and they are looking to fill needs as free agency slows down. According to Pro Football Talk, the team is interested in Greg Hardy and they are hosting Anthony Spencer and Chris Canty on visits this week. The team would like to add some depth on the offensive line and both players could be cheap, high upside options due to their age. Canty was released by the Baltimore Ravens and could be a good option on the defensive line.

The Seahawks may also look at a trade with Michael Bennett, as Pro Football Talk reports that Bennett wants a trade or a new contract, with the Atlanta Falcons being mentioned as a destination. The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports that Bennett wants a new deal after just signing a four-year, $32 million contract and the Seahawks may not want to re-negotiate. The Falcons likely were picked as an option due to former Seahawks coordinator Dan Quinn taking over as head coach.

The Hardy interest comes as ESPN.com reports that he is in Dallas visiting with the Cowboys and could sign a deal there. According to Pro Football Talk, Hardy also has plans to visit the Seahawks and part of that interest could have to do with the Bennett news. Hardy had 15 sacks in 2013 and he had 11 sacks the previous season and while he has issues off the field, he is one of the best defensive ends in football.

Hardy is coming into the offseason after missing all but one game last year after being placed on the exempt list following his legal issues. Hardy has that resolved and while he still could be suspended by the league, he is allowed to sign a deal while on the exempt list. The Panthers did not have interest in bringing Hardy back and now he could be an option for the Cowboys, Seahawks or Buccaneers. If the Seahawks end up trading Bennett, Hardy would be a prime target for the team.

The Seahawks may also look at offensive linemen after trading away Max Unger in the Saints deal, as he was one of the best centers in the NFL. According to ESPN.com, the team could look at Raiders center Stefen Wisniewski, as he is a free agent and has not yet signed with a team. The Seahawks lost James Carpenter to the Jets and now with Unger gone, the Seahawks could look at free agents on the market.

Lynch signed a new three year contract with the Seahawks this offseason, but he also was just in the news for something less positive. According to Pro Football Talk, Lynch was involved in a nightclub "brawl" in San Francisco and it came as some fans there were taunting him with names. TMZ and other conflicting reports have Lynch trying break up a fight, while TMZ has a witness that said Lynch "got in a few punches." While no news has come from the league yet, he could face some discipline.
