The Green Bay Packers are hoping to retain Randall Cobb in free agency this offseason and when he hits the market, teams like the Oakland Raiders, Cleveland Browns, Jacksonville Jaguars, New York Jets and Indianapolis Colts could be potential teams that target him, as the wide receiver is one of the top offensive players on the market.

According to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, Cobb is looking to make at least $10 million per season and could command up to $12 million per year on the market. The site reports that the Packers are "willing to sign Cobb" at around $9 million per season over five years, but that his agent expects higher offers on the open market and will listen to offers. The Florida Times Union reports that the Jaguars could look at trying to sign Cobb, as they have the most cap space in the league and can offer him a massive contract.

Rob Demovsky from ESPN writes on Twitter that Cobb could command a $55 million contract over five seasons and that the Raiders and Browns both have the space to offer him a deal. The Packers just gave Jordy Nelson an extension that pays him an average of over $9 million per season and they could let Cobb walk after giving that out. The team likes Davante Adams as well as Jarrett Boykin and they could look at adding a cheaper option in free agency if he goes.

Cobb played in 16 games last season after missing 10 in 2013 with a leg injury and he put up career numbers while playing alongside Aaron Rodgers. Cobb had 91 receptions for 1287 yards and 12 touchdowns last season, all highs for his four seasons in the pros. Cobb is an explosive player and is just 24 years old and that could make him a rich man in the next few weeks. Cobb had a breakout year in 2012 with 80 catches for 954 yards and he could be the top wide receiver in free agency on the open market with DeMaryius Thomas and Dez Bryant getting hit with the franchise tag.

Reporter Ryan O'Halloran from the Florida Times Union is looking for the Jaguars to make one major splash in free agency and Cobb could be the player they go after. The team has the most amount of cap space in the NFL this offseason and the Denver Post reports they also could be interested in Julius Thomas on the free agent market. The Jaguars have some young talent with Blake Bortles, Allen Hurns, Marqise Lee and Denard Robinson, but they could use an established playmaker and Cobb has shown he can do that consistently.

The Raiders are another team that could make a major offer, with Packer Report writing that the team could "break the bank" with a "blockbuster" deal offer. Cobb may be looking for the highest bid and the Raiders are one team that could do it. Oakland needs playmakers on offense for young quarterback Derek Carr and Cobb could be that player to line up across from James Jones.
