Everton comes in at the top of the Group H and Antolin Alcaraz will be out for this matchup after getting injured in the game over the weekend against Swansea City. Everton pulled a draw in that matchup and now he could miss up to three months with the injury. Everton has two of the last three group matches at home at Goodison Park and that is big for the team and they feel that they are ready to keep things going through this tournament.
Everton is ninth on the league table standings in the EPL and they come in after the draw and a win the week before against Burnley. The matchup with Burnley came after a win against Aston Villa and that was after a loss against Man United on the road.
