The Detroit Lions have top fantasy football options at RB with Reggie Bush and Joique Bell and those players could be MVPs in PPR leagues along with Calvin Johnson, Eric Ebron and Golden Tate along with Brandon Pettigrew for Matthew Stafford and this year the Lions could be the best offensive team in the league and it comes as they have a new head coach and extra motivation in 2014.

Bush and Bell are a great one two punch and for any fantasy owners with either player, getting the other as a handcuff is a great option. Both Bush and Bell can be strong out of the backfield and while Bush is the starter, Bell showed last season that he can be a good option in fantasy leagues as well. Bush comes in after his second 1000 yard season in three years and he has not been below 980 yards in that stretch of time.

Bush is also valuable in PPR leagues, as he had 54 catches last season for 506 yards and those numbers were the most in either category for a while, dating back to his first two seasons in the league. Bell is just as valuable in PPR leagues, as he had 53 catches last season for over 500 yards and that came after he had 52 catches the previous season. Bell played in all 16 games and he also had 650 yards rushing to go along with his receiving, giving him over 1k all-purpose yards last year for the Lions.

Bush has the chance to be one of the best running back in football this year as he has shown he can be a threat on the ground and out of the backfield as a receiver. Bush is a top draft option in PPR leagues and he could end up being one of the leading receivers on the Lions even with Calvin Johnson in the fold. Bush has great speed and he is perfectly suited for this offense with Matthew Stafford and the Lions love to throw as much as any other team in the NFL.

Bell is the perfect handcuff option for Bush, as he also is a great receiver out of the backfield and can contribute with some yards on the ground too. Bush has been injury prone in his career and wall that hasn't popped up yet in Detroit it's a good idea to grab bell if he's available in any league where the fantasy owner has Bush.

The Lions were not good last season and they have faded since making the playoffs a couple years ago and now Stafford and company are looking to get back and they have a new head coach and Jim Caldwell leading them in 2014. Johnson is arguably the best receiver and possibly the best player in the NFL and he's coming off of a stretch of dominant years and should put up as good of numbers as anyone in the league.

Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson are two of the best fantasy players in the league and the addition of Eric Ebron and also Golden Tate should make the offense even better. Tate is a major sleeper this year and so is Ebron.
