The Champions League final is coming on Saturday and the matchup is between two La Liga teams, as Real Madrid takes on Atletico Madrid and the matchup comes live from Portugal in Lisbon at the Estádio da Luz and that means Cristiano Ronaldo gets to play in front of his home fans and the match starts up at 2:45 pm ET and is streaming from the TV channel Fox and the Fox Soccer 2Go website and should be a great final.

Real comes in after losing out to Atletico in La Liga and now they have the chance to bounce back and get this title and they could set a record in doing so. This would be the 10th time the team has won it and they have not won in many years and Ronaldo comes in playing well and the two teams are rivals but not hated ones, as Real has much more success in their history than Atletico. The match has bragging right back home in Spain for these teams.

Check here for the Champions League final schedule for the matchup between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.

Real is looking to win the tournament for the 10th time and they are in their 13th title game and no one is close to that and they are now into it after not making it since back in 2002, when they won the title. Atletico has never won the Champions League trophy and this could be a nice addition to the La Liga title. Real Madrid had to play three different German teams to make it in and they won over Bayern with a 5-0 aggregate and that was a dominating performance.

Atletico won the La Liga title this year over Barcelona and Real Madrid and now Real has the chance to get one over on the club, as Ronaldo will be looking to take over to get the team a Champions League trophy. Real played very well through the Champions League draw and they had the tough test of playing against the defending champions in the last round in Bayern Munich and the team was able to get through that matchup with a dominating win in the second leg and that was on the road after the 1-0 home matchup.

Real now has tons of momentum after the semis and this comes after the team defeated Borussia Dortmund as well as Schalke 04 and now everything is building towards this. Last season Bayern and Bayer matched up as Bundesliga teams in the finals and now La Liga teams will be the ones to face off. Cristiano Ronaldo led the team in goals this year and playing in Portugal means he will be even more amped up for the match and this could be an all-time classic between the two rival sides. Lisbon has hosted a final before, but not at this stadium and the matchup between the two teams is the best matchup Spanish fans could have asked for.

Atletico played against AC Milan in the round of 16 and then played against Barca in the quarters so that means they have defeated them twice this year in leagues. The team, then played against Chelsea in the semis and they dominated that and now they have a chance to win the title for the first time. The Champions League final for 2014 is on the schedule on Saturday, as rivals Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid face off at the Estádio da Luz in Lisbon, Portugal and the match starts up at 2:45 pm ET and is streaming from the Fox soccer 2Go website and the hometown crowd for Cristiano Ronaldo will be cheering him on as the Spanish teams battle after winning the UEFA draws on each side heading into the final matchup.
