The NBA playoffs standings has the Indiana Pacers into the second round after their win in Game 7 against the Atlanta Hawks and they won the series 4-3 and will play against the Washington Wizards with the start on Monday and they are the next team to advance to round 2 before the Oklahoma City Thunder won against the Memphis Grizzlies and now they are into the next round and the team is waiting for the LA Clippers and Golden State Warriors winners.

The Portland Trail Blazers did it on Friday night against the Houston Rockets with a last second buzzer beating three from Damian Lillard and the schedule picks up next week for the first games. Sunday nearly saw three Game 7 matchups like Saturday, but the Blazers got past the Rockets and now the Thunder are into the next round after soundly defeating the Grizzlies. The Indiana Pacers and the Washington Wizards start their series on Monday and that will have Game 1 and the times are not set yet and then game 2 will be on Wednesday and Friday has Game 3 and that will be at the Verizon Center.

The Thunder advanced after another great game from Kevin Durant and he had 33 points, while Russell Westbrook had another triple double in his playoffs career and they are into the next round. The Miami Heat and the Wizards were the first teams through and now the Blazers and Thunder join them. The Clippers have been playing with a ton of distractions with the Donald Sterling situation and now they have the chance to advance with the Game 7 matchup at home.

The Sunday games have the chance to be great, as the Brooklyn Nets are looking to win on the road and they will play against Miami if they can beat the Toronto Raptors. Miami swept out the Bobcats and now they have been waiting for the rest of the playoffs to shake out and that will be very important for the veteran team. The Nets come in with an older team and playing seven games will make things tough and the Spurs come in after losing in Game 6 and now Dallas hits the road to try and win the series. LeBron James and the Heat are trying to win their third straight championship and many expect that they are going to matchup with the Indiana Pacers in the eastern conference finals.
