The UEFA Champions League schedule picks back up on Tuesday with the Round of 16 on Tuesday and a great matchup has Manchester City hosting Barcelona in the first leg at Etihad Stadium, while Bayer Leverkusen hosts Paris Saint-Germain at BayArena and those matches will be streaming online from FOX Soccer 2Go starting up at 2:45 pm ET.
Barcelona comes in playing very well and Manchester City had been on a hot streak coming into the month, but they have struggled over their last few games and now they will host Lionel Messi and Barca with a limited lineup, as Sergio Aguero is still out with a hamstring injury. Manchester City got back on track with a 2-0 win against Chelsea in the FA Cup over the weekend and that came after a loss at the Etihad against the Blues and a draw on the road against Norwich City.
The team has a tough schedule coming up and Man City will play three of the next four at home at the Etihad Stadium and on March 2 they have a neutral site match with Sunderland at Wembley Stadium in the Capital One Cup finals. The second leg of the Champions League round of 16 comes on March 12 and that will be at Estadio Camp Nou and this match will be a chance for Manchester City to start things off on the right foot.
Barcelona has been playing well and they have the Copa Del Rey for later in the season and coming up over the next few weeks the club has La Liga matches along with the Champions League. Paris Saint-Germain comes in after a win in Ligue 1 and these two matches come before AC Milan plays against Atletico Madrid and Arsenal takes on the defending champs in Bayern Munich and that will be at Emirates Stadium.
