The NFL playoffs standings have just two teams left and the AFC and NFC champions in the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks and they are getting ready to play the Super Bowl on February 2 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey and the game kicks off at 6:25 pm ET and will be on FOX and streaming online from the NFL.com and features some of the top players in the league in Peyton Manning and Richard Sherman.

The Seahawks come into the Super Bowl after defeating the San Francisco 49ers at home at CenturyLink Field and now it has been two years of being undefeated against that team at home and the Hawks have lost just one game at home over the span and that came against the Arizona Cardinals this season. Marshawn Lynch is the focal point of the offense and second year player Russell Wilson has shown that he is a winner and one of the best quarterbacks on the run in the NFL and he is a player that can excel without having top talent around him and he did that at NC State and at Wisconsin and many say it is no surprise that he is where he is right now.

Wilson has been without Percy Harvin all season apart from a couple games and he will be back for the Super Bowl and he doesn't have one of the his best in Sidney Rice and the teams players like Golden Tate and Doug Baldwin will have to step up in the game. The Seahawks are all about defense, but Wilson has a great arm and he can escape pressure and that is something that the Denver Broncos will have to worry about, as they give up some big plays and they were ranked near the bottom of the league in passing yards allowed per game.

The real matchup here is about offense against defense, but really when Denver has the ball and Seattle is on D, as that matches up the top units in the NFL. The Seahawks are first in the league in total defense and they also have the best red zone defense in the league and the best cornerback in Richard Sherman and Peyton Manning will have to keep an eye out for the entire LOB, as Earl Thomas has developed into one of the best safeties in the game.

Manning and his offense are ranked first in the league and they were the best ranked redzone defense as well and Manning seemingly has an endless list of targets with Julius Thomas, Wes Welker, Eric Decker and Demaryius Thomas and now he gets the chance to play against the best secondary in the league and that could be an amazing battle. Many feel this game is too close to call and in the standings the two teams came into the playoffs as division winners and they each had 13-3 records. They were the best teams in their conferences and now they will face off for the NFL championship in some cold weather in MetLife Stadium on Sunday.
