The final Sunday night football game of the season has the Dallas Cowboys playing against the Philadelphia Eagles on NBC and the game will start up at 8:30 pm and has Kyle Orton playing for Tony Romo after he injured his back and this matchup will decide the winner of the NFC East divisional title and a playoff spot and now everything is set apart from this game and plenty is on the line for the Boys, as they are in playoff contention in the final week of the year for the third straight season.
The Eagles come into the matchup with the Cowboys playing great on offense and they are ranked in the top 10 in both passing and rushing yards per game with Nick Foles and LeSean McCoy putting up some fantastic numbers and Foles has taken over the job and is likely the starter of the future and Chip Kelly has the chance to make it into the playoffs as a first year head coach and the Cowboys must now win with a backup quarterback in Kyle Orton and jobs for Jason Garrett and the coaching staff could be on the line on Sunday night and it could be a massive test for the team to try and win and now the Cowboys have to deal with the fact that Romo will be out of the playoffs even if they do make it and Orton will be the starter if they get into the postseason. The team is ranked first in the league in rushing yards with over 160 yards per game and ninth in the league in passing yards and that will be a tough matchup for the Cowboys, as they rank near the bottom of the league in passing yards allowed per game.

The Eagles won five games in a row before losing to the Vikings and now they come into the game after dropping over 50 points on the Chicago Bears and now they travel to play against the Cowboys after hosting the Bears last weekend. The Eagles had a rough start to the season at 1-3 and now the team has put themselves in great position to get into the playoffs and with the Cowboys having to play without Romo is a big advantage to the team. The Cowboys come into the game having lost two of three games and they pulled out a one point win against the Washington Redskins and that was a huge win, as it would have eliminated them from the playoffs and the team started the season 2-1 on the season and over the past few weeks the defense has been giving up tons of yards and now they must figure out how to stop the Eagles and the game on Sunday night football will end the season for the NFL.
