Richie Incognito Dolphins Rumors: OL Never To Play Game For Miami Again After Martin Racial Abuse, Release Coming After NFL Investigation Team Sources Say

The Miami Dolphins are dealing with a terrible situation regarding offensive lineman Richie Incognito and his reported bullying of Jonathan Martin and while he has been suspended pending a review by the NFL, it is likely he will never play for Miami again.

According to Deadspin.com and the Miami Herald, sources said that the team has been appalled by his behavior and that he will not be playing another game for the team once the NFL shakes out with its investigation and protocols. The quote from a source said that since the NFL is involved, they have to wait and follow the proper procedures, but based on what has come out already and what the team has done, Incognito will likely never suit up for the team again.

While the NFLPA and Incognito likely will fight a release or the punishment since they have to, it's pretty clear from the evidence that Incognito is a grade A jerk and his past behaviors, including getting into it with teammates, being called dirty and pranking rookies on Hard Knocks were all a precursor to what happened with Martin. The lineman snapped after a reported prank last week in the locker room and now more details have come out about things that Incognito has said to Martin and also the way he treated him.

The Dolphins obviously will continue to let things play out the way they are supposed to and they have done their part by suspending him for conduct detrimental to the team.

From the Herald:

"He's done," a ranking club source said Monday. "There are procedures in place and everyone wants to be fair. The NFL is involved. But from a club perspective he'll never play another game here."
