Jimmie Johnson (L) in his number 48 Chevrolet races against Brad Keselowski early in running of the 2012 Ford EcoBoost 400 Sprint Cup NASCAR race at the Homestead-Miami Speedway in Homestead, Florida November 18, 2012 and on November 10 the Chase for the Sprint Cup is in Phoenix."

The NASCAR Chase for the Sprint Cup is now a two man show and if Jimmie Johnson has another performance like he did on Sunday, it could be a one man show as Matt Kenseth is now seven points back after the results at Texas Motor Speedway and now Phoenix International Raceway is next to the schedule on ESPN.

Johnson has won five championships and now he looks like he will be on his way to a fifth, especially if he has a good day best week in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series at Phoenix pres. by Quicken Loans at Phoenix International Raceway. Johnson was the leader for the majority of laps and it was his sixth win of the season and now Kenseth will be back seven points heading into the next matchup.

Joey Logano finished third in the race and Kenseth was fourth while Kasey Kahne ended up in fifth place.  "I hope history doesn't repeat itself," Johnson said. "That is the perfect example of this thing isn't over until it's over. Last year we had eight great races and two bad ones and didn't get the championship. ... There are two very important races left."

NEXT RACE: Sunday at Phoenix International Raceway

LEADER: Jimmie Johnson by seven points

TV: On ESPN
