The college football weekend had plenty of exciting games and on Sunday will be one of the biggest moments of the season so far, as the first slate of BCS rankings will come out and the schedule for the event comes on ESPN for BCS Countdown at 8:30 pm and it will also be streaming on the WatchESPN website online and the standings have Alabama one, with Florida State two over Oregon at three.

The rankings coming into the weekend likely will be shuffled up after a number of top teams losing this past weekend, including LSU, Texas A&M, UCLA, Louisville, South Carolina and Clemson all falling, while teams like Baylor and Missouri are moving up after big wins. The BCS rankings will be the same up top most likely according to projections, as Oregon and Alabama have continued to win and are the top two teams in the USA Today and Harris polls still this week. The winner of Florida State and Clemson was projected to come up to number three and now that FSU has won that game, they likely will keep that spot in the BCS after rising in the Associated Press Top 25.

Alabama comes in after getting 55 votes in the AP poll and 57 for first place in the Harris poll and Oregon is behind at number two in both of those as well. The team is ahead of Florida State at number three, while Ohio State and Missouri fill out the top five in the AP. Baylor is ahead in the USA Today rankings and the Miami Hurricanes are in at number seven, while Stanford and Clemson are in fromt of Texas Tech to finish out the top 10 after Tech improved to 7-0. Auburn, UCLA and LSU are next in the AP poll and now Michigan and Nebraska have moved in to the final two spots of the top 25.

Miami started the college football week with a win over North Carolina and Louisville was upset on Friday night against UCF in a home loss and there were some wild games on Saturday, with Auburn and the Aggies, LSU and Ole Miss as well as South Carolina and Tennessee all played close games. ORegon had another big performance and so did Alabama in their shutout and there is no doubt that they will be in the top spots of the BCS this coming Sunday night.
