Oct 17, 2013 08:18 PM EDT

Russell Wilson took the Seattle Seahawks by storm last season and led the team to a playoff win over the Washington Redskins and now that the team is 5-1, Super Bowl expectations are building and the next chance the team has to put that to the test is on Thursday night football for Week 7, as the team will be travelling to play an NFC West game against the Arizona Cardinals on NFL Network starting at 8:25 pm.

The Seahawks are coming off of a close win over the Tennessee Titans at home and the Week 6 matchup came in the middle of a stretch of four road game in five weeks, as they played against the Houston Texans and Indianapolis Colts away from CenturyLink Field before returning to play against the Titans. The next two games will also start another stretch for the team, as they have three games away from home in the next four weeks and that includes a Monday night football matchup with the St. Louis Rams as well as an NFC postseason rematch with the Atlanta Falcons coming up as well.

The Seahawks have been dealing with some injuries over the past couple weeks, but they are getting some of those players back on Thursday night, as Zach Miller will be starting the game after dealing with a hamstring issue and he is listed as probable for the game in Week 7 and he likely will play. While Miller hasn't had much production this season, he is a valuable run blocker for the team and is a solid red zone threat for Russell Wilson, as he has two touchdowns over the past two weeks on just three catches. Wilson comes into the game with twice as many touchdowns as interceptions and he is completing over 60 percent of his passes this year and he is coming off of a 257 yard performance against the Titans and he is now facing a Cardinals team that ranks 19th in the league in passing yards allowed per game.

Although the Cards are giving up over 250 passing yards per game, the team has two of the most athletic defensive backs in the league, as Patrick Peterson and Tyrann Mathieu will be navigating the defensive backfield against players like Golden Tate and Doug Baldwin, the leading receivers for the Seahawks. The wideouts don't put up great numbers in this offense, but Baldwin has nine catches for over 115 yards the past two weeks and he has been targeted 18 times over the past three and could be a sneaky player for fantasy on Thursday.

The Arizona Cardinals have lost all three of their away games this season, making Arians happy this game is at home, but Pete Carroll has the team playing well at night, going 6-1 since he has taken over as head coach. The Cardinals have a tough game at home against the Atlanta Falcons next and then they will have a bye week before playing at home against the Houston Texans. The week after that is another easy game, as they travel to play the Jaguars, but after that things get tough, as they will play against the Philadelphia Eagles in the first of three road games in four weeks.

That stretch also includes the Seahawks and then they will play at home against the 49ers to finish the season. The game on Thursday night for Week 7 on the schedule will be between the Arizona Cardinals and the Seattle Seahawks on NFL Network and the game will start at 8:25 pm.
