The NHL season is getting closer and closer and with all the big moves happening earlier in the summer, there are still a number of names on the market that could make an impact next season, including Ron Hainsey, Brenden Morrow, Ilya Bryzgalov, Jose Theodore and Brad Boyes.

Even though it's in the latter stages of the summer, impact signings can still happen, including like last season when Michal Rozsival signed a one-year deal with the Chicago Blackhawks. He ended up playing in 27 games as well as the playoffs and finished the season with his name etched on the Stanley Cup. Some of these names can help teams like the NY Rangers, Devils, Kings, Stars, Ducks and Red Wings among others.

Ron Hainsey is a solid option despite being 32-years-old, as he has an offensive minded game as a defenseman and a number of teams could use that off the bench. He isn't a top line player, but he could be a very good option for a third or fourth line.

Brad Boyes signed a one-year deal with the Islanders last year and now he is looking for a deal after scored 35 points in 48 games last season. The 31-year-old still has plenty of talent, he just needs to find a team that needs some of it, including on the power play where he is very skilled. Brenden Morrow is getting up there in age and now the former Dallas Stars captain is looking to get onto a team after playing last season, scoring two times over the last 25 games according to SI.com and he could be a option for a team like the Penguins.

Mikhail Grabovski is still out there and two goalie options include Ilya Bryzgalov and Jose Theodore. Theodore is 36-years-old and can be a solid backup after putting up a 3.29 GAA with an.893 save percentage and Bryzgalov is likely going back to Europe after a buyout from the Flyers. The team decided to do it after signing him to a lucrative deal a couple years ago and clearly things did not work out on both sides.
