Peter King Monday Morning Quarterback: New Column On The MMQB KC Chiefs and Andy Reid, Chicago Bears Training Camp Updates, RG3 and Anquan Boldin Trade

The new website from Peter King called The MMQB offers new insight and journalism in the world of football and one staple of the website is the centerpiece Monday Morning Quarterback column and this week King dives deep into a number of teams, including the Chiefs, Falcons, Jets, Bears, Titans and Ravens.

King has put together a nice team of writers and contributors, including Robert Klemko, Jenny Vrentas and Greg Bedard as well as names like Andrew Brandt and Richard Deitsch and this week the new column has a feature on Andy Reid and the Chiefs. Reid is back as head coach after being fired by the Eagles and now he is looking to turn around a team that went just 2-14 last year and after a number of offseason moves, the team is looking to improve. Reid is thrilled with new quarterback Alex Smith and he also has been working with Jamaal Charles on getting him more involved in the offense.

King also took a look at Havard Rugland, the YouTube sensation that got into a game with the Detroit Lions after being invited into camp and signing him to a deal.  "I scored some points in a real football game," Rugland said from the Lions' facility Sunday, still sounding incredulous about it all in his quite-good English. "It is such an incredible feeling, when that first kick went through."

King writes that Reid is happy with a new start and that he loves being back in football and that the Chiefs have the chance to improve. Reid said he wanted to trade for Alex Smith while in Philly and he also raved about Eric Fisher and Branden Albert on the offensive line. King is taking a trip to a number of training camps around the league and he has already visited many on his bus tour. He stopped by Tennessee to see the Titans and wrote about Chance Warmack and also checked in on RG3 and Redskins camp and said the star looked very healthy and ready to go this season.
