The International Champions Cup will have its second match underway on Wednesday night in California, as the Italian champs Juventus will play against Everton at AT&T Park at 11:00 PM ET and the winner of this match will next face off against either Real Madrid or the LA Galaxy, who will play on Thursday.

The two teams are fairly matched and has a number of stars on both sides and one player to watch is Carlos Tevez among the rosters. Juventus has had an eventful couple of weeks and reports have come out that the club will trim down its roster of forwards as things move along, as general manager Beppe Marotta said that among Alessandro Matri, Fabio Quagliarella, Mirko Vucinic and Sebastiano Giovinco, some players could move. The team has six quality players up front and they feel that they will not need them all in the coming season.

The match will be streaming on FOX Soccer 2Go and will be on FOX Soccer and the match also comes before Inter Milan plays against Chelsea in the tournament as well. Tim Howard will be in goal most likely for Everton and the starting lineup will include Darren Gibson and Leon Osman as well as Victor Anichebe. The winner will take on whoever wins the Real Madrid and LA Galaxy match and the loser will then play the loser of the next match in the tournament. The following games will be in LA at Dodger stadium and the two teams come together amid numerous changes, with Juventus adding Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente.

Everton comes into the match with a new manager in Roberto Martinez and the team will have Joel Robles, Antolin Alcaraz and Arouna Kone and Howard will likely be in net while Robles waits his turn. Everton will have Barcelona attacker Gerard Deulofeu after he scored two goals in the 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup and Juventus will be looking to get things on track to start their year, as they go for a third straight Serie A title this year.

Everton looked good in preseason with a 4-1 win at Accrington and 3-1 win at Blackburn and although they lost to Austria Vienna, the club will be looking to do well on Wednesday night. Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente will be the main focus for the Italian club, while Kevin Mirallas and Seamus Coleman have been excellent during this run for Everton. Juventus is a strong team with a healthy roster and they likely will be the favorites on Wednesday to advance.
