Estadio Mestalla is hosting the only Guinness International Champions Cup match that is not being played on U.S. soil.

The match marks the first meeting between the two storied sides.
Both teams will play their next matches in New York, with the winner taking on the winner of Chelsea-Inter Milan and the loser dropping down to the loser's bracket and meeting the Chelsea-Inter loser.

There will be no extra time in any matches in the ICC. If a match is tied after regulation, it goes straight to penalty kicks. Teams receive two points for a regulation win and one for a PK win.
Los Che striker Roberto Soldado is the subject of fervent transfer rumors, with the club's president saying he could be had for a 30 million euro transfer fee. Tottenham is said to be the Spanish forward's most serious suitor.

AC Milan is also heavily involved in the transfer market, with the club being linked to Japan star Keisuke Honda.
