The Brooklyn Nets have made some massive moves this offseason while trading for Boston Celtics stars Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce and signing Andrei Kirilenko and as the roster fills out the team continues to make small moves, including signing Alan Anderson to a deal.

According to ESPN.com, the Nets signed the 30-year-old Anderson to a contract after he played for the Raptors last season and his agent said that the deal will be worth $2 million over two-years. The contract has a player option for the second year and comes after Anderson scored 10.7 points on 38.3 percent shooting in 65 games for Toronto last year. He adds some much needed depth to the roster and now he is the 15th player added under contract for the upcoming season.

The Denver Nuggets also came to a deal with Timofey Mozgov after some trade speculation to the Kings and Spurs for the restricted free agent and he comes back after having a limited role last year with the team. The Nuggets are in transition with a new coach, general manager and main star after losing Andre Iguodala and after signing Nate Robinson to a deal this offseason, the team also brought back Mozgov, as they see a great deal of potential in the center.

Mozgov will give depth on the roster as a backup to JaVale McGee and now another player that teams who will strike out on the Greg Oden deal may have looked at is off the market. The team signed him to a three-year, $14 million deal extension after he was a restricted free agent, Yahoo Sports reports and now they can add to the bench and continue to look for depth in other areas while not worrying about losing Mozgov. George Karl barely used Mozgov after he came over in the Carmelo Anthony trade, but with Karl and GM Masai Ujiri gone and Brian Shaw in charge, the rotation and minutes could change.
