Tiger Woods of the U.S. catches his ball on the 11th hole during the second round of the British Open golf Championship at Muirfield in Scotland July 1."

The British Open Championship is off to a fantastic start at Muirfield Golf Links in Scotland and with the sun shining, Zach Johnson took a lead into Friday and through 13 holes he was along atop the leaderboard over Angel Cabrera and a number of other big names, including Tiger Woods, who finished the day with a par even 71 to stay at two under and squarely in contention.

Woods comes into the event not having won a major in years since 2008 when he won the US Open and now that he heads into the weekend after shooting a 69 and a 71 he has as good a chance as anyone to win, while Phil Mickelson is also in contention after shooting a 69 on Thursday. Rory McIlroy had a dreadful start and only a miracle will get him back into contention, while names like Lee Westwood and Dustin Johnson are also close.

Woods is absolutely in the mix at the tournament while his girlfriend Lindsey Vonn watches on and so far she has been good luck in Scotland, as he is now at two under after going even on Friday, something that he said was solid for him as he tries to break his major drought. Many players were out of it by the second round due to the rough terrain and while the sun was shining, the wind was going all over and Woods was able to navigate it to remain in contention.

The Saturday coverage will start on TV at 7 AM and live streaming will be on Watch ESPN, while the radio coverage will be on ESPN Radio. The internet coverage has various feeds going at the same time, including the TV broadcast (7 a.m. ET) which continues here at 9 a.m. ET, holes 1 & 18 (7 a.m. ET), holes 7/8/9 (7a.m. ET) and BBC feed(7 a.m. ET). Live radio will start from 9 am and will go to 3 pm, while Sunday the same coverage will go on, but the TV will start at 6 am and the radio will go from 8 am to 2 pm.
