The Open Championship is known by many as the British Open and this year Tiger Woods may not be the favorite, but he should be in the mix as things start on Thursday bright and early in Scotland at the Muirfield Golf Links.
Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Adam Scott and Justin Rose are considered the top favorites for the major tournament and the weather is expected to play a factor, something that it has done in recent years. ESPN will be handling the coverage and live streaming will be online at Watch ESPN and there will also be ESPN radio coverage.
The tournament is at Gullane, East Lothian, Scotland and the TV schedule will be on ESPN for all four days, picking up at 4 am on the first two days, 7 am n Saturday and on Sunday at 6 am. The company will also have encores playing throughout the day as well as SportsCenter and live coverage. Muirfield has hosted the major 15 different times and this time Woods will be looking to break his major drought and add his 15th trophy.
