The Brooklyn Nets made the biggest splash of the offseason with the trade of Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Jason Terry from the Boston Celtics for Kris Humphries and other players and now that those three have been introduced, the team could make some more moves, including possibly signing Nate Robinson or Gary Neal.

The team has some financial problems due to a high payroll and to help along with that, the Nets decided to waive forward D.J. White to get some money off the luxury tax bill and after doing that they could try to add some more depth to the roster. The move saves the team $4 million according to ESPN.com, since he had a $1.03 million contract and now the tax bill will go down to $87 million to $82-ish million. While that is still a lot, ownership has shown that they are only worried about winning and due to that, the tax bill isn't such a big deal.

The team has a fantastic lineup now with Garnett and Pierce in the fold and after signing Andrei Kirilenko to a questionable contract, they look even stronger. White previously signed with the Celtics in early 2013 and he was included in the major deal with Pierce and Garnett and after making other moves, the team had no need to keep White. The Nets are on their way to paying the highest luxury tax bill ever after the Trail Blazers paid $52 million and the Knicks paid $45 million, but championships seem to be the only important thing in Brooklyn now.

The Nets have a roster they feel can win a championship and there is a chance they will still add to that and some names that have been mentioned include Nate Robinson and Gary Neal, as both are still free agents and could come in at a decent price. Robinson played well for the Bulls last season while stepping in for injured players Kirk Hinrich, Derrick Rose and Luol Deng and Neal showed his skills coming off the bench for the Spurs in the finals.

Neal would bring championship experience to a team that already has it and Robinson could be a fiery guy off the bench that can score. Neal is likely not returning to the Spurs after they gave him a qualifying offer and that is even less likely after the team signed Marco Belinelli. Neal was solid in the finals while scoring 24 points in Game 3 against the Miami Heat and he could get the chance to play for a championship again in Brooklyn.
