Brooklyn Nets vs. Houston Rockets Live Stream: Watch Online NBA Game Streaming Friday

The Brooklyn Nets have not been playing great to start the season and Jason Kidd got some flak for his cup spilling incident and now they will play against the Houston Rockets at the Toyota Center and the game will be going live at 8:00 pm and streaming online and is a nice matchup between two teams looking to win and the game will be without some star power in Jeremy Lin.

The Nets are coming off of a loss against the Los Angeles Lakers and the team got 18 points from Joe Johnson and nine rebounds from Kevin Garnett and the team has not been playing up to expectations, as they are just 4-11 on the season and with the way the team has played, issues surrounding Jason Kidd have come up and so far he has the backing of management. The team has not been clicking much all season and they have been dealing with injuries to Andrei Kirilenko as well as Deron Williams, while Brook Lopez will be back in the lineup for the first time in seven games since getting injured and that could be huge as the team travels to Texas to take on the Houston Rockets and Dwight Howard and even with Jeremy Lin out and James Harden banged up, the Rockets should be a tough team to play against.

Check here for the Nets and Rockets live coverage.

The Nets are ranked 22nd in the league in point per game with 95 points per contest and the defense has not been very strong despite trading for Garnett, as they are ranked 26th in the NBA with 102 points allowed per game. The team is ranked 19th in rebounding with 41 per game and 23rd in assists per contest and now the Nets will try and get back on track against the Rockets. Lopez is leading the team in scoring and he will be matched up against Dwight Howard in the contest on Friday night.

The Rockets are one of the highest scoring teams in the NBA and they come in after a win against the Atlanta Hawks and the team got nine rebounds from Omer Asik and 21 points from Francisco Garcia and the team is ranked first in the league in scoring. The Rockets are averaging over 105 points per game, but they are ranked 27th in defense with 103 points allowed per contest and the team is also ranked 17th in assists. Howard and Asik have helped the team rank third in rebounds with over 46 per game and that will be a big factor in the game against the Nets. The team plays against the San Antonio Spurs on the road after playing the Nets at home and that game will be at the AT&T Center and they are second in the southwest division. The Spurs are first in the division and Lin will be out for the Rockets on Friday night with a knee sprain that could keep him out of action for a couple weeks. Harden is leading the team in scoring and they are a game ahead of the Dallas Mavericks in the standings.

Lin has been playing well for the Rockets and he will be out for two weeks with a knee sprain and he went down in the game against the Atlanta Hawks and now the team will rely on Patrick Beverley, who won the starting job out of camp, as well as Aaron Brooks. Lin has been solid with 15 points and four assists per game and Harden comes in as a game time decision and Lin has been starting in place of Harden, so the injury makes lineup decisions tougher for coach Kevin McHale.
