The NFL standings for the Week 2 schedule has some surprise division leaders heading into Week 3 of the season, as the Houston Texans, Cincinnati Bengals, Buffalo Bills, Denver Broncos, Carolina Panthers, Arizona Cardinals, Chicago Bears and Philadelphia Eagles come in with the best win-loss records with just MNF left to be played.

The Buffalo Bills and Houston Texans have been two of the top surprise teams in the league, as they are both 2-0 after missing the playoffs last season. Starting off 2-0 raises the chances of making the postseason considerably and all the teams at 0-2 have their playoffs odds way lower heading into Week 3. The Saints, Giants and Kansa s City Chiefs should start to worry a bit and while it's still early in the season, it could be hard for those teams to turn things around in time to make the playoffs.

The AFC East has the Buffalo Bills at 2-0 and everyone else at 1-1 after the first two weeks of play. The team won over the Chicago Bears and the Miami Dolphins and now they have the chance to keep things going next week. The Patriots won over the Vikings and now they head into their home opener, while the Jets lost in heartbreaking fashion to the Packers.

The AFC North is tight and has the Bengals on top with a 2-0 record, while everyone else is in at 1-1 for the season. The Texans are leading the division in the AFC South and this comes after they went 2-14 last season. The team is now 2-0, while the Colts are 0-1 and playing on Monday night football. The AFC West has the Broncos 2-0 (big surprise) while the San Diego Chargers are 1-1 ahead of the Raiders and Chiefs.

The NFC West has the Arizona Cardinals 2-0, while the Seahawks and the 49ers are 1-1 after losing on Sunday. The NFC South has the Carolina Panthers 2-0, while the Atlanta Falcons are 1-1 ahead of the Bucs and Saints. The NFC North has the Bears, Vikings, Lions and Packers all at 1-1, while the East has the Eagles 1-09 and playing on MNF. The Giants are 0-2, while the Cowboys and Redskins are 1-1.
