The fantasy football Week 3 schedule is here and some sleepers and surprise picks from the RB position include Chris Ivory, Bishop Sankey, Jeremy Hill, Terrance West, Knowshon Moreno, Zac Stacy and Darren Sproles as solid start options for Sunday and those names could be the key to winning a fantasy football matchup in some leagues, especially Sproles if it's a PPR league after solid Week 2 performances.

Ivory comes in after having a great game in Week 1 and he could be a potential starting option for the rest of the season and the same goes for West. The Browns are dealing with some injuries and West is a solid option along with Isaiah Crowell, who had two scores in the first game of the season. Jeremy Hill should be a solid option for the Bengals alongside Giovani Bernard, while Moreno is dealing with an injury and is expected to play after performing well in the first game for Miami.

Sankey and Shonn Greene will be sharing carries and while Sankey did not have a big game to start, he is a very good long term option and could be the starter by the end of the season. Sproles had a great game for the Eagles and he could be a strong option coming up this week as well, especially since the Eagles are playing the Jaguars. Ivory and the Jets will continue to keep rushing the ball and Zac Stacy is the top man in St. Louis and with their QB issues, they should be running the ball quite a bit as well. Moreno has emerged as the best of the starters in Miami and he could get the most carries this weekend after playing well against the Patriots.

Sankey is a solid option in deeper leagues and anyone with room on the bench should give him a look. 12 team leagues should have Sankey off the free agent pile and while he only had six carries for 25 yards, he will emerge this season. Sankey was the first RB off the board in the draft and he had over 1800 yards last season and has shown that he can be a big play guy.

Ben Tate is out for at least a month and that makes West and Isaiah Crowell very solid options, as they will be getting the bulk of the carries moving forward. Crowell scored twice in the opening game, while West had his first 100 yard game and could be the main starter moving forward. The Saints defense gave up a nice amount of rush yards to the Falcons and now the Browns may try and take advantage and this comes after West was productive in college, rushing for over 2500 yards and 40 touchdowns.

Moreno was one of the best backs in Week 1 and he came in after going for over 1000 yards last season with the Broncos. Moreno had 134 yards in the opening game against the Patriots and he also had a TD in that game and he has been the top guy in Miami over Lamar Miller and could put up solid numbers this season. Moreno had career highs across the board last year and now he could be a sleeper for the rest of the season.
