The NFL injury report in fantasy football for Week 2 has a number of injured players and now Robert Griffin III, DeSean Jackson, AJ Green, Knowshon Moreno and Brandon Marshall are all injured players and RG3 has an ankle injury and that makes Kirk Cousins a fantasy pickup, while Marshall likely will be out for the Sunday night football game against the 49ers.

Griffin and Jackson each had to leave the Redskins game against the Jaguars and now RG3 has a dislocated ankle and that makes Kirk Cousins a major pickup for fantasy owners of Griffin. Cousins came in and was fantastic and that makes it even harder for the Skins to put Griffin back in, as he had 250 yards and two touchdowns, including one on one of the first plays after taking over for Griffin.

RG3 was injured while throwing the ball and he seemingly cannot avoid getting injured and now Cousins could be poised to take over. Griffin had a fantastic rookie year, but he was injured at the end and then missed time last season and he had 267 yards passing through one game before he was injured. Griffin was carted off the field and while he could be back soon, there is a chance that the injury is serious and he has to miss multiple games.

DeSean Jackson also had to leave the game for the Redskins with a shoulder injury and he was kept out from returning to the game. Jackson has been diagnosed as day to day with the injury and he said after the game that he hoped to be back for next week, which is against his old team in the Philadelphia Eagles. Jackson would love nothing more than to be back for that game after what happened between the team and him this offseason and Cousins surely would like to have him in the lineup as well. Pierre Garcon and the rest of the WRs will have to step up if Jackson misses any time, but it looks like he will be fine and now the Griffin injury is the main focus.

AJ Green was knocked out of the game for the Bengals against the Atlanta Falcons and he was ruled out of the game after leaving with a toe injury. Green was one of the best receivers in Week 1 of the season with six catches for 131 yards and a touchdown, but now he could be out for next week. The team plays against the Titans in Week 3 and Andy Dalton hopes that he can make it back, but a foot injury with a WR can be tricky to deal with and it had been bothering him coming into the game.

Knowshon Moreno had been off to a nice start for the Miami Dolphins, but he had to leave with a dislocated elbow in the game against the Buffalo Bills. Pro Football Talk reported that Moreno left the game with an elbow injury and later it was diagnosed with a dislocation and he had it with his first carry in the game, which went for eight yards. The Dolphins had been getting some great play from Moreno and now he could be out for an extended period of time.
