The BCS National Championship game is now on the schedule and Florida State will be playing against Auburn for the title this season and the game starts at 8:30 pm on the ESPN channel and will be on the WatchESPN website streaming on Monday, January 6 and the Tigers and Seminoles will be playing in the Rose Bowl in Pasadena for the college football championship.

Florida State comes into the game favored after going undefeated this season, but Auburn is a dangerous team and they come in with some major momentum with the way they finished the season and the quarterbacks in Jameis Winston and Nick Marshall will play major factors in the matchup. The VIZIO BCS National Championship is being played at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena after Michigan State won the BCS Rose Bowl game against Stanford and the rest of the BCS matchups were very entertaining as well, with Clemson taking down Ohio State in the last game in the Orange Bowl to give Urban Meyer another loss, while Alabama also fell in the Sugar Bowl to Oklahoma.

Alabama came into the season looking for a third championship, but an errant kick against Auburn changed all that and the Tigers won the Iron Bowl on an amazing play after a missed field goal on a return to get into the SEC championship game and then the team dominated against Missouri to sneak into the national championship game. Many expected Alabama to take on Auburn, but after their improbable win, the Tigers got into the conference championship and in that game Tre Mason went crazy with over 300 yards rushing and four touchdowns and now he will be an x factor in the title game on Monday night.

Alabama lost in disappointing fashion after mounting a comeback in the Sugar Bowl and another exciting game was the Texas A&M and Duke matchup that was a shootout for Johnny Manziel in his comeback and the other BCS games had Michigan State beating Stanford in the Rose Bowl, UCF and Blake Bortles pulling an upset on Baylor and the other favorites were knocked off as well with Ohio State and Alabama losing.

Florida State has not had much competition on their schedule all season, while Auburn had to play against the ACC and the Seminoles come in undefeated with a 13-0 record and now they come in having won all their games by at least two touchdowns and the Tigers have momentum on their side with the miracle wins they pulled off against Alabama and Georgia. Jimbo Fisher and Gus Malzahn are going at it as head coaches for the teams and Winston of course is the Heisman winner, while Auburn is one of the best rushing teams in the nation.
