Dallas Cowboys Rumors: Jason Garret On Hot Seat After Packers Loss With Tony Romo, Jerry Jones Worried Sean Lee Done For 2013 Season

The Dallas Cowboys found a new way to lose on Sunday against the Green Bay Packers, allowing the team to come back from a huge deficit and now the team is in some turmoil despite having the playoffs in their hands and with Jason Garrett on the hot seat, owner Jerry Jones said that he supports the coach and Tony Romo and that the team could be without Sean Lee for the rest of the season.

Lee has been dealing with a neck injury since getting injured in the loss to the Chicago Bears and after undergoing tests, the linebacker may avoid surgery but it might not be enough to come back this season. According to Pro Football Talk, Jones is worried that Lee will be out for the season and ESPN.com is reporting that Lee likely will miss the game on Sunday against the Washington Redskins and that is a huge game for the Cowboys, as they can win the NFC East division if they win out against the Skins and the Eagles, but if they lose in Washington to Kirk Cousins, their playoffs chances could be dashed.

The Cowboys allowed the Packers to come back from a 23-point deficit and the loss was punctuated by two interceptions by Romo in the fourth quarter as well as the play calling from Garrett and now both are getting criticized in the media. Jones has said that Garrett is safe, but that was earlier in the season and now the terrible defense for the Cowboys, which ranks last in passing yards per game, will be without it "quarterback", which is what Jones describes Lee as on the defense.

Not having Lee on Sunday was a big blow for the Cowboys and now the team must come together to get wins in the final two games of the season. Garrett may not be able to last if he loses out on another division title, as this could be the third season in a row that the team plays for the division on the final week of the season.

Two years ago the Giants won the Super Bowl after taking the division title with a win at home against the Cowboys in Week 167, while the Washington Redskins won last season in Week 17 to win the East and that knocked the Cowboys out of the playoff race in both losses. This time around the game will be at home in Jerry's World and a loss against the Eagles with the division on the line could cost Garrett his job finally.
