Jonathan Martin Rumors: Miami Dolphins Mike Pouncey Says OL Wanted To Quit Football To Cris Carter As QB Ryan Tannehill Calls Richie Incognito Best Friend To Lineman

The Miami Dolphins story is taking a number of twists and turns and it all seems to be against Jonathan Martin for doing something that took courage, but that's besides the point and now Mike Pouncey has come out to say that the team does not view Richie Incognito as a racist and that Jonathan Martin wanted to possibly quit football at one point.

Pouncey, who has had a relationship with former NFL player Cris Cater for many years, spoke to him about the situation in the Sun Sentinel. According to the article and interview, Pouncey said that the players don't feel that Incognito is getting a fair shake and that he is not a racist. Pouncey also said that Martin struggled at times as a rookie and wondered if he was "cut out for football". Couple things quick, so it's bad for Martin to take things public so what do all the other Dolphins players do? Take things public. So Martin has to endue this crap from people, what, just because it's football? It's sad the Dolphins organization was the one that drafted him because if he was with another team, none of this mat have ever happened.

The Dolphins are a pathetic organization and should be embarrassed for the way they are treating Martin and honestly I don't care if they were "friends" beforehand, people don't know what's going on in other people's heads and Martin may have been suffering in silence all this time. Pouncey gave excise after excuse about why Martin was wrong and about the reports about the coaches asking to "toughen him up" while players like Brian Hartline and others showed their ignorance by piling on Martin.

According to Pro Football Talk, Jonathan Martin wants to return to the NFL if he can, but clearly the Dolphins are not making it like he could come back so easily because they are pathetic meatheads with no empathy towards other people. Ryan Tannehill said the two were best friends so he either was completely oblivious or an idiot to think someone who calls you a "half n---er" is a friend. This story will only get worse for the Dolphins and I hope someone gets fired.

Quote: "They don't feel as if he's a racist, they don't feel as if he picked on Jonathan repeatedly and bullied him, but if they could do it all over again there would be situations that they might change but they're very, very comfortable with Richie," Carter said.

""They think it's sad, not only that Jonathan's not on the football team, but also that Richie is being depicted as a bigot and as a racist."
