Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Jonathan Martin
Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Jonathan Martin gets ready at practice as quarterback Ryan Tannehill (17) has the ball stripped from him by New England Patriots strong safety Logan Ryan (26) during the third quarter at Gillette Stadium. New England recovered the fumble."

The Miami Dolphins situation involving Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin continues to twist and turn and one of the only things I can see happening on a consistent basis is the defense of Incognito and the slamming of Martin, which is a terrible way to handle things and makes the NFL look terrible.

So basically now, Dolphins players are going public to rip Martin for...going public. On top of that, now Martin, who is African American, is considered not as "black" as a white lineman by his teammates because he went to Stanford and his parents went to Harvard. Just let that bull sink in for a second. Read it again. It's pathetic. So I guess welcome to the NFL, a place where anyone different or sensitive is automatically considered soft and because he is educated and now an asshole like Incognito, he is being looked at as doing something wrong. These people are pathetic.

This behavior would not be acceptable in any other workplace in America and now it looks like the Miami Dolphins are just going to let their players rip Martin. Joe Philbin needs to be fired.
