The Jameis Winston sexual assault case saga came to a close last week when State Attorney Willie Meggs said no charges would be filed in a press conference and in between laughing about the situation and making jokes to reporters while speaking about a RAPE case, he described some issues regarding Tallahassee police and that was mentioned further on Friday in a press conference from the victim's lawyer Patricia Carroll.
