The 2016 NFL draft has players like Jared Goff, Carson Wentz, Laquon Treadwell, Joey Bosa and Paxton Lynch as potential top 10 targets for teams, including the Tennessee Titans, Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, San Francisco 49ers and Miami Dolphins.

The Titans come in with the first overall pick this year and there is chance the team could consider trading down in the first round. The Titans picked Marcus Mariota last year and do not have a need at the quarterback position, but they have other needs all over the roster. If the team doesn't see Joey Bosa or Laremy Tunsil as worthy options for the number one pick, they could look at trading down and getting some extra picks in the draft.

The Cleveland Browns have the second overall pick and the team is likely going to consider taking a quarterback with that selection. The team may consider moving on from Johnny Manziel with new head coach Hue Jackson coming in and that could put players like Jared Goff, Carson Wentz and Paxton Lynch on the board as potential targets. Browns executive vice president of football operations Sashi Brown said it would be "shocking" to trade up to the first overall pick and that likely means the team is content staying at number two, even if someone jumps up and trades with the Titans to take someone like Goff.

Goff is considered to be the top quarterback of the draft class and most early mock drafts have the Browns taking him at number two. Carson Wentz has been generating "buzz" this week at the Senior Bowl and some scouts see him as a potential top 10 pick as well. Wentz is from North Dakota State and has the size to be an NFL quarterback and could be a target for teams like the Browns, 49ers and Cowboys.

Mel Kiper has Joey Bosa going number one to the Titans and Goff at number two to the Browns in his first mock draft. Kiper writes that Goff has the arm and the skills to be an NFL starter and that the Browns likely will not pass up a chance to take him. The Chargers pick at number three and Kiper predicts the team will go after Tunsil, as the team needs to work on their offensive line for next season. Kiper has the Cowboys going after DeForest Buckner over a quarterback, as the team will need to add some talent if they don't bring back Greg Hardy.

Other options for the Cowboys include Treadwell, Wentz and Goff if he ends up slipping past the Browns. Dez Bryant is coming off of multiple surgeries and the team could use a solid number two receiver to line up with Bryant on offense and Treadwell could be that pick. The 49ers have a top 10 pick and also could consider a quarterback with Chip Kelly now taking over.
